Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is a practice that has been around for hundreds of years. It involves manipulating soft tissue, joints, tendons, and ligaments in an effort to normalize those structures.

HOW DOES MASSAGE THERAPY WORK?

By manipulating soft tissue, joints, tendons, and ligaments with pressure, it has been proven to relax the muscles and reduce compression of nerves and blood vessels as well as affect the genes that cause inflammation.

WHAT IS MASSAGE THERAPY GOOD FOR TREATING?

Massage therapy works well for treating issues like nerve compression, postural dysfunction, spasm, sore contracted muscles, and can significantly reduce recovery time from athletics or injuries. On top of all of that, massage therapy can also help to lower blood pressure by relaxing the body and mind and, of course, reducing stress and anxiety.
